Formats & what to expect
Every format below is informational and non-medical. They differ mostly in length and how much is written down, so you can choose what suits the way you like to learn.
The four formats
A relaxed, roughly half-hour conversation about movement patterns and how a simple session might be arranged around your week. No commitment of any kind.
A single, unhurried session that walks through one or two movement patterns with attention to balance, breathing and a comfortable pace.
A written, non-medical session outline reflecting the patterns you would like to practise, structured so it is easy to follow on your own time.
A light, multi-week theme that keeps a small set of movements in gentle rotation, with weekly notes to keep things organised.
No surprises
Calm, conversational and unrushed. We begin by listening, then introduce a single movement and explore it gently. You set the pace throughout.
You describe what you are curious about; we suggest a starting point.
One pattern, practised slowly, with breaks whenever you would like them.
You leave with a plain summary you can read again later.
A sample structure
0–5 min

5–15 min

15–25 min
Rehearse calmly, with rests whenever they help.
25–30 min
Wind down, recap and note a few takeaways together.
Simple preparation
Whatever lets you move and feel at ease.
A bottle to sip between movements.
Anything you have wondered about movement.
Curiosity is genuinely all that is needed.
Honesty about fit
We would rather be clear up front. These sessions are general and educational, so they suit some moments better than others.
You are curious about everyday movement and would like a calm, informational introduction.
You are seeking treatment, rehabilitation or advice about a specific health condition — a qualified professional is the right starting point there.
Practical questions
