Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for our informational sessions and written materials, written so the process is easy to follow.

1. Scope of this policy

This Refund Policy applies to arrangements you may make with Zoeyouth for informational sessions and written, non-medical materials described on this website. Browsing the website itself is free, and much of the content is freely available to read. Where you have agreed to a paid arrangement, the points below explain how cancellations and refunds are approached.

2. Booked informational sessions

If you have arranged a one-to-one informational session and need to make a change, we will always try to be reasonable. As a general guide:

  • requests made with at least forty-eight hours’ notice can usually be rescheduled or refunded in full;
  • requests made with less notice may be rescheduled where possible, subject to availability;
  • if we need to cancel a session for any reason, you may choose a full refund or an alternative time.

3. Written materials and program themes

Written outlines and multi-week themes are prepared specifically for you. Because work begins once an outline is requested, refunds for delivered materials are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where a written outline has not yet been started, a full refund can normally be arranged.

4. Cancellations by you

You may cancel an arrangement by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. Please include enough information for us to identify the arrangement, such as the date and the format you selected. We will confirm the outcome by email.

5. Requesting a review of a charge

If you feel a charge does not reflect what was agreed, you are welcome to ask us to review it. Get in touch within a reasonable period, describe what happened, and we will look into it promptly and fairly. We would rather resolve a concern directly than leave a question unanswered.

6. Timing and method of any refund

Where a refund is agreed, we aim to process it within a reasonable timeframe, generally within ten business days of confirming the details. Refunds are normally returned using the same method as the original arrangement, unless we agree otherwise with you.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation. Those rights apply in addition to the approach described here, and where there is any inconsistency, your statutory rights prevail.

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is the one shown on this page, with the most recent update reflected in the date above. Any arrangement is governed by the version of the policy in effect when it was made.
